Coleslaw with a Tang |
|
1/2 Large head cabbage, shredded or/half white and half red, which is how I like it with the combination of flavors
2 large carrots, shredded
1/2 C finely chopped red pepper (or other colors)
2 T finely chopped onion
DRESSING:
2 Stevia packets is what I use, no sugar but you can change that if you wish
3 T vinegar, I use the natural apple vinegar
2 T oil
1 tsp celery seed (love this tang)
1/2 tsp sea salt
|
********************************************* |
Combine all in a large bowl, then toss with the dressing |
|
In large bowl I combined all the ingredients then added the dressing, tossed really good and let it set for about half an hour. We refrig the rest and it is great to be able to grab a bowl full for a little snack which is healthy too!
enjoy!

FOR SALE
Sedna is the sea goddess of the Inuit people. She embodies both
the mother and crone aspect of the triple goddess.
Common symbols for Sedna include water, an eye (sees all things in her domain),
and fish. She embodies the ideals of thankfulness, providence, nature, and abundance.
She was born a mortal, and later became both the mother of the sea and the keeper
of the dead.
